Tennessee’s underground hip-hop scene is starting to boom, and one of the guys in the forefront is a young cat by the name of Tim Gent. He’s a super smooth rhymesmith and singer, who just released his newest project titled Clarksvile Nights. It’s a potent, 16-track effort from Gent, who displays his abilities as a rapper and singer all throughout this joint. He seamlessly meshes in his singing with his rapping, and it all adds up for a really dope end product. It holds production from Free P, HD and Rmur, and also has features from fellow Tennesseans Case Arnold and Drisan Despain. Overall a really nice project from Tim.
