Leading on from the announcement of his Reincarnated deal with RCA Records, Snoop makes a pleasant return with the release of “Lighters Up”. After having major vocals on Pusha T’s “Blocka” just last week, Popcaan is back on the all Jamaican guest list with the addition of Mavado. The single carries on the same theme of his previous release, with Dre Skull and Major Lazer taking on the production role.
