The man behind the boards of records from arists like Alicia Keys, Amy Winehouse, Monica, and Jazmine Sullivan, looks to be taking an executive seat elsewhere now. Billboard announced today that Sony Music will make Remi the Executive VP of A&R/Production across all Sony labels.
It appears Salaam Remi’s most recent work on Nas’ Life Is Good and Miguel’s Kaleidoscope Dream earned him a spot next to the same household names as Tricky Stewart, L.A. Reid, and Sylvia Rhone over at Sony.
