Singer-songwriter/producer, Ne-Yo has been out of the limelight for the last 12 months, following the release of his 2012 effort, R.E.D. The Sin City native decides to emerge on today on V-Day with a surprise 4-track EP in the form of 3 Simple Rules. The concept project focuses on its title revealing the rules to keeping a steady and romantic relationship, which couldn’t have popped up on a better day.
