Back in August, Miley Cyrus released her new free album Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, which was mostly produced by The Flaming Lips. For the latest video from the LP, she teams up with Wayne Coyne for a self-directed piece for “Lighter.” The song, produced Mike WiLL Made-It, gets a psychedelic kick courtesy of animation from Jen Starks.
