We’re actually surprised more artists haven’t covered Drake‘s popular “Hotline Bling” single, which has been just as successful on the R&B side of things as “Back To Back” was to rap. In a rather surprising move that we didn’t think we’d see, Kehlani and Charlie Puth decide to record a duet for the track, each taking on a verse and coming together on the hook. The two sing over a soft piano, which accentuates their vocals even more and we all know the two got the talent to carry it.
Drizzy’s version still has more of that commercial appeal, but this is a nice alternative for some late night loving and/or jazz lounge music.
