J. Cole hasn’t released new music since 2014 Forest Hills Drive dropped last fall, but Thanksgiving has a tendency of bringing people out of hiding. Going hand in hand with the “Black Friday” theme, Jermaine drops off a remix of Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” with some killer bars. The release makes us wonder about two things: will we ever hear Cole on his own beat from Pharrell, and more importantly, will the collaborative project with K. Dot ever come out?
