If you remember last September, Gucci Mane was arrested on weapons and drug possession after officers allegedly said he was making threats with a firearm visible a well. The 33-year-old rapper was indicted by a federal grand jury in Atlanta on November 19th for his two arrest of possessing firearms in a span of 72 hours. Gucci, who’s a felon, faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and fine of up to $250,000 on both charges. He’s currently detained in custody pending an upcoming trail.
