Gee Watts grabbed our attention earlier this year following the release of his impressive debut project, 199x, and the many solo releases in support of it. Now, the Kansas City native is gearing up for the release of his follow-up project Kansas City State of Mind. Today he presents us with the first official release from the forthcoming LP with Symptoms featuring fellow KC rep Riley. The narrative piece shows a couple of stick-up kids doing everything they can to make that come up, while the introspective rhymes of Gee Watts explain the symptoms of what draws him and many others into this lifestyle.
