DMX Sentenced to Six Months in Jail

The Yonkers legend is reportedly spending the rest of 2015 behind bars

Rapper Earl Simmons, better known to the world as DMX is serving time once again behind bars. The 44-year-old rapper will spend the next six months in upstate New York’s Erie County Holding Center for failure to comply with a previous court order. Due to his history of crime within the city of Buffalo of unpaid child support and traffic violations, Family Court Judge Deanne Tripi wasn’t sympathetic to the rap star.

According to reports, the Yonkers rapper owes more than $400,000 in unpaid child support, which he’ll have to live in the confines of the maximum security and detention facility.
