To kick off the month of August, Jordan Brand brings back the popular 1996 released low-top “Cobalt” Air Jordan 11 IE and give fans yet another chance to get their hands on the classic kicks. The iconic J’s return after a 12 year hiatus, last time being seen in 2003 which many sneakerheads felt they were very low in quality. Now that JB has been going strong with their new quality upgrade, the predominately icey-white shoe is back and better than before.
