RZA Returns As A Director
RZA is ready to to make his return to the big screen with Coco, the first film he will direct since The Man with the Iron Fists back in 2012. The Lionsgate drama, starring names such as Azealia Banks, Common, Jill Scott, Lorraine Toussaint, Lucien Laviscount and Hana Mae Lee, is based on the life of an aspiring hip-hop artist, who faces the task of finishing college for her parents’ sake. At the same time, she finds a love for slam poetry as a fuel for class.
