Meet the Beats Pill+ series
The Beats Pill is getting a new redesign and better overall performance, as Apple has announced the Beats Pill+. As you can see from the pictures above, the speaker got a revamp in design, looking much better than the original and reports are claiming the sound quality has been upgraded as well.
The new product comes in either a black and white display and will retail at $230. Battery life will come with about 12-hour power before you have to plug-in (through Lightning) and there is an iOS and Android app that you can download on your phone that will let you share with multiple users, join speakers together for surround sound or talk on the phone with.
Even better, you can even charge your phone with the Pill battery through a USB port, in case you are nowhere near an outlet and need quick juice. Of course, that will drain the battery, but there’s always a give and take. It’s not waterproof, though, so don’t go jumping in the water with it.
