Bungie’s beta for its online multiplayer action role-playing title, Destiny finally has gone free to public. Since its inception of PlayStation consoles last week, Destiny’s seen a positive response from all gamers, including a social media frenzy in recent days when the Xbox audience received their versions. The beta originally was planned for availability to users who pre-ordered the game in advance, but now Xbox Live Gold subscribers and PlayStation Plus members have access to the title for the new few days.
Tomorrow, gamers who play Destiny beginning 5:00pm ET will earn an exclusive emblem when the retail version goes live in September. Be sure to get a taste of the action online in story mode and competitive multiplayer form before the Beta is taken down next week.
