Due to the amount of recording time Chevy Woods has undertaken over the years, his recent Gang Land 2 project wasn’t able to contain even some of the most notable tracks in the vault. Today the Taylor Gang artist feels that now is the time reveal his collaboration with Lloyd Banks on “Kilmer,” which was once again produced by the affiliated Sledgren. The song also comes off the back of Lloyd Banks’ new mixtape Failure’s No Option, which was released just in time for the winter months.
It’s surely a Happy Halloween for all fans of Lloyd Banks today, as he drops his long-awaited mixtape F.N.O. (Failure’s No Option) for the masses. This one is light on the features, but the ones on the tape are heavyweights. Included on the project is Styles P, Raekwon & Vado. With the 4th quarter underway, Lloyd Banks makes his return to the solo scene after a brief summer hiatus of music material to bless the streets tonight with something special. With production from Ryan Alexy, Blue Hefner enlists Raekwon for “Drop A Diamond.” If you remember the cover real last January, Banks is slated to drop his first ever Gangsta Grillz mixtape hosted by DJ Drama with the first installment of the new All Or Nothing (A.O.N.) series titled, Failure’s No Option. While we’re intrigued to hear Rae on a track with Banks, we’re hoping for that imminent mixtape release date announcement.
Harem rapper Vado is fresh from signing his new deal as one of the newest members to the We The Best, Cash Money umbrella. Earlier in the year, he released the third installment of his Slime Flu series, being his first in over a year; but taking no time off, he’s back for a fourth. It starts off a little slow, but then French comes in an lays a very dope verse followed by Lloyd ending the song with a bang. Look for Lloyd Banks upcoming F.N.O. mixtape to drop sooner than later.

The Mobb Deep rapper finds the perfect time to unleash a track titled “Life We Chose,” which features no other than the ever-consistent presence of Lloyd Banks. In the video, the Harlemnite discusses taking his talents to South Beach as he’s currently in the process of making that “We The Best Music Group” situation official to resume his career that was hindered after his first major label deal.
Young Jack Thriller moved ahead to bring up the possibility of the rumored NYC supergroup forming along with himself, Lloyd Banks, Fabolous and Juelz Santana which he feels he doesn’t deserve to be in the group until he gets his weight up in the music game in the majors. The big 3 are ready to form the group but Vado is shying away from being critiqued with joining the group for now as he plans to focus on the solo side of things.
Blue Hefner blessed the streets with “V.6: The Gift” over the summer with features from ScHoolboy Q, Loso and Kiss which received generally positive feedback. During the mixtape, Banks announced plans to link up with DJ Drama for a Gangsta Grillz themed mixtape for the following year as he made an official announcement 2 months ago on twitter stating it was still coming with the “Cold Corner 3” on track to follow. With having quality releases in his mixtpae series such as Money In the Bank, The Cold Corner and our favorite, the 5 & Better Series; the expectations for the undisputed Punch Line King have never been so higher for his mixtape releases as we’re expecting nothing but straight heat for his first installment in the “All or Nothin’” series.
It’s been five years since we last heard a solo project from Juelz Santana, but he’s finally back with his brand new mixtape titled God Will’n. Due to other matters in his life, music had been put to rest for the meantime. However, Juelz believes he’s back to his best, which The Diplomats fans will certainly be hoping is the case.
