Tim Tebow, Philadelphia Eagles Agree to 1-Year Deal

Tebow is finally back in the nfl after two years!

Since being released from New England Patriots in 2013, Tim Tebow has been patiently been waiting to rejoin the NFL as a player. At the age of 28, Tim Tebow is looking to have an NFL comeback and may have fallen in the perfect hands. Last March, the Philadelphia Eagles held a private tryout for the former quarterback in the midst of their off-season trade frenzy with getting rid of both LeSean McCoy and Nick Foles.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that a framework for the deal had begun over the last few weeks, which both sides had a mutual interest in each other. Jay Glazer of Fox Sports has now confirmed that Tebow will indeed officially sign with Philadelphia Monday morning and will be formally introduced with the team this week.

Tim now joins an already quarterback core of Sam Bradford, Mark Sanchez and Matt Barkley but we’re Chip Kelly will have some inclusion in his offense as tight end for wildcat usage or fullback. Before the 2013 NCAA Football season concluded, Tebow was hired by ESPN to serve analyst duties on SEC Network, as well as College Gameday. Now he has a chance at returning to the gridiron in some fashion beginning this fall in Pennsylvania.
