The splash bros. face off in public for the first time ever!

The NBA 2015 All-Star Weekend festivities just went from meh to officially having our attention. While the dunk contest may be lacking main attractions in superstars trying to show off their athletic abilities, the Saturday night three-point shootout features five of the top seven players from long range this year.

The best shooting back court of all time, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson will finally face-off in next month’s contest. Joining the splash bros. behind the arch are James Harden, Kyle Korver, J.J. Redick, Wesley Mathews and Damian Lillard. Currently, Korver tops the league in all shooters from deep, averaging 53% for the season – nearly 7 percent higher than the next player. If only LeBron James did the Slam Dunk contest this year.

Look for the contest to air on TNT this February 14th at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
