It was an emotional moment
The only game Vince Carter will play in Toronto this year was a memorable one, before the ball even tipped off. On the Memphis Grizzlies visit to Air Canada Centre to play against the Raptors tonight, the team played a very moving tribute to Vince, who was such a staple to the city during the early part of his career and may be the most polarizing player to ever grace a jersey for Toronto. The video touched him so much, he was visibly brought to tears as the crowd gave him a standing ovation.
It was a great moment for Vinsanity.
The Raptors ended up taking away the 96-92 win at home against the Grizz, with Carter scoring 7 points off the bench in 28 minutes of play.
