Rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been shining for the New York Giants, especially after that freak injury to Victor Cruz but today sealed the cake for him as a star.
In the second quarter of the G-Men’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, Eli Manning aired out a pass to him down the side line and he somehow managed to catch the ball one-handed, while falling down and drawing the past interference call. The level of difficulty of that sort of play is off the charts and can probably go down as one of the best catches of the year.
The boy can ball.
He ended the game with 10 receptions, 146 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. You know, light work. Unfortunately, the Giants lost the game in the clutch 31-28.
