Roger Goodell finally shows he has non-deflated balls. . . for once!

Even with a $1 million dollar fine and a future NFL Draft pick taken away of the New England Patriots, the league has decided to stick with their ruling of suspending Tom Brady four games for the upcoming 2015 season. Tom Brady’s, however, expected to take this trial to United States Federal Courts to exonerate himself and his save his legacy. While people obviously have doubts on Brady’s self-proclaimed innocence in his public trial, due to recent news of him tampering with phone evidence and not cooperating with investigators has raised many eyes.

If he does head to Federal Court, this now becomes a legal issue, which will put himself at risk of perjury charges and others involved to tell the truth of the underinflated game balls from the AFC Championship against Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts. At the moment, Tom’s still allowed to participate in training camp and play in pre-season games, but is looking to be on the field for opening kick-off.

With independent investigator Ted Wells giving the NFL confidence in standing by their decision, we’re not sure if Brady’s head is on correct with providing sworn testimony under oath for his innocence in the matter at hand.
