Damn, they finally got him!
Remember Marshawn Lynch’s epic one-word post-game interview last winter? Well, the NFL has finally decided to make sure another PR nightmare doesn’t happen again (at least they hope) with fining the star running-back $75,000 dollars for silence to media reporters after an NFC Championship victory over the Green Bay Packers. After initially speaking to advisors and members of the franchise about his major warning, Lynch essentially created a trend of saying “I’m just here, so I won’t get fined.” While this isn’t the first time he was fined by Goodell and the league, we’re certain Marshawn will figure out another extremity of not playing into the media this season.
