Kobe Bryant Makes Return To Court in Lakers Preseason Game

The Black Mamba has been gone from the game longer than we can remember, but the man known better as Kobe Bryant is finally back on the NBA hardwood. Last night, he made his big return in a preseason game against the Utah Jazz in Hawaii. The Los Angeles Lakers living legend has been out with a torn rotator cuff that cut his season short last year. Now, none months after the injury, he was back to business, shooting 3-pointers at will.

The first one hit the the top of the backboard, but he managed to shake off the rust and swish a three from the side of the court and get the jitters out in the first quarter.

Kobe only played 12 minutes, something Lakers fans should start getting used to because Byron Scott has already said the Black Mamba will be playing limited minutes in the upcoming season. Bryant managed only 5 points in the loss.

FINAL: UTAH 90 | LAL 71
