“Kevin Durant’s: The Off-Season” Documentary Trailer

Will The Thunder have another trip back home before this June?

When Kevin Durant withdrew from Team USA over the summer, many were expecting the reigning MVP to go home and get some much needed rest. That wasn’t the case, as Durant worked his hardest to prepare for what he said would be the most important season of his life. With the team making no personnel changes to give KD and his co-pilot Russell Westbrook offensive relief, he welcomed the world into his training regimes that partook over the summer and documented by HBO.

However, he suffered an unfortunate set-back when news reports surfaced he would be out of action due to a fractured foot. With the all-star swing-forward out at least 6-8 weeks, he’s targeting a December return to the hardwood but is in no rush to return, focusing on the long-term length of his tender career.

In the trailer above, we’re previewed with his latest documentary The Off-Season, which focuses on how he’s preparing to lead his Thunder back to the promise land of the NBA Finals and dealing with all the distractions that come with being a superstar.

The Durantula’s new HBO documentary premieres November 4 at 10:00pm.
