Karl-Anthony Towns Visits His Old High School

But what city will he move to come June?

Karl-Anthony Towns is poised to be one of the top two picks in this year’s NBA Draft. It’s not clear whether the Minnesota Timberwolves will select the Kentucky Wildcats center with the first pick, but every mock draft and analyst has him at the top of the boards as the best big men coming out of this year’s class. His defensive prowess and versatility gives him the biggest potential, but the race between him and Jahlil Okafor will be close.

The NBA caught up with the prospect as he went back to his old stomping grounds, Saint Joseph High School in Metuchen, New Jersey as he met with fans and talked about what it was like playing there. As one of the players will the most points in school history, he said all he wanted was to make it to the wall of cats who made the NBA from that high school.

Peep his visit to Saint Joseph’s in the video above.
