Houston Texans to Be Featured on HBO’s 2015 “Hard Knocks”

Hard Knocks will invade Houston this summer!

While multiple teams look to avoid extra attention in the pre-season, the Houston Texans have embraced the idea of being featured on HBO’s all-access behind-the-scenes pre-season series, Hard Knocks. Houston Chronicle writer, John McClain made the announcement this morning that the team is set to make the announcement later today for their first time being featured on the popular NFL series. Last season, Houston finished with a 9-7 record, missing the playoffs by one game to the Baltimore Ravens but look to finally climb over the hump this winter.

With team captain J.J. Watt setting a historic record of becoming the first player have multiple 20-sack seasons, he’ll be looking to bring his team into the limelight later this summer, alongside the likes of Bill O’Brien, Mike Vrabel and of course, Arian Foster. Former rookie linebacker, Jadeveon Clowney, will also be making his return to the team after missing the better part of the season with knee surgery.
