Money gives his final response to Rowdy to end summer
If you’ve been paying attention, Floyd Mayweather and Ronda Rousey have engaged in a public war of words. This all started last year when Floyd was asked if he knew who Ronda was and Mayweather shrugged off the face of UFC. Rousey allowed time to pass by and would start their public rift at the ESPYs earlier this summer saying during her athlete of the year red carpet acceptance saying “I wonder how Floyd feels getting beat by a woman for once.” Word obviously got back to The Money Team and Mayweather would admit he knew she was, saying “When she makes $300 million in one night, she can give me a call.”
TMZ reporters would catch up with the Queen of the ring earlier this week in an “impromptu” interview on the streets and she sarcastically said she made more than him a second in the octagon. Before Rousey ended things she would send a shot a Mayweather saying “once he learns to read and write, he can text me.”
Now, Floyd has taken things further since his rival fell for the bait and discussed personal wealth. In a statement to TMZ, Mayweather responded saying, “Big bank take little bank. Let’s play and see how much money you got. Last time I checked, I was #1 on Forbes. She will never be at my status. Keep trying to get publicity.”
