Emmanuel Mudiay Makes Steph Curry Stumble on Crossover

The rookie, flexing the dribble!

The Golden State Warriors were in search of history tonight, and the only thing stopping them from tying that 15-0 franchise start was the Denver Nuggets.

Obviously, we knew how this one would end up, but in between the Warriors doing what they do and setting records that haven’t been touched in 21 years, Emmanuel Mudiay gave Steph Curry a little taste of his own medicine on the court. Off a screen, the rookie made the MVP almost hit the floor with a smooth crossover, then hit the open three from the top of the key.

Mudiay ended with 17 points and 8 assists on the night, but it wasn’t enough, as Golden State ran away with the victory thanks to the Splash Brothers dropping 19 and 21, respectively.

Dub Nation now faces the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday to shatter NBA history and become the first franchise ever to start 16-0 on the season.

FINAL: GS 118 | DEN 105
