Throw it down, Dion! Last night the Cleveland Cavaliers kept their hot streak alive with a win over the Philadelphia 76ers, making it five in a row for them after firing GM Chris Grant. The game itself wasn’t close at all, and the only real excitement came in the 2nd quarter when Cavs guard Dion Waiters drove down the lane and absolutely posterized Sixers center Spencer Hawes. The dunk was so ferocious that Dion couldn’t stop his momentum on the way down, and ended up hyperextending his knee and missing the rest of the game.

The team didn’t even need him as it turned out, and they were able to win the game by 29 points. For Dion this continues his solid run of play that was featured during All-Star weekend, when he dropped 31 points during the “Rookie Vs. Sophomore” contest.
