Diddy Will Not Face Felony Charges for UCLA Arrest

Sean Combs avoids nasty court trail thanks to an LA District Attorney

Last week, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon and was held for hours before posting a $160,000 bond. The skirmish with UCLA intern and assistant football coach, Sal Alosi, stemmed from a dispute over Puffy’s son on the Bruins football squad. According to TMZ reports, Alosi told Justin Combs to remove himself from volunteer workouts and not return for the summer.

After the practice, the father and son walked to Sal’s office later in the afternoon to for a brief conversation, which Alosi fending off an angry Combs to get out of his office. Diddy reportedly defended himself in the confrontation, allegedly grabbing a kettle bell weight and attempted to swing it – but luckily missed the target. From the Los Angeles Times today, prosecutors of the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office declined to file motion of felony charges for the rap mogul, but could be see misdemeanor charges down the line for his June 22nd arrest.
