Derrick Rose Discusses Knee Pain Following Recent Surgery, Returning Before Playoffs

The former MVP could be back next week!

With just three weeks left in the regular season, the Chicago Bulls are trying to make sure their roster is healthy heading into the post-season. Team stars Joakim Noah, Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler have dealt with injuries throughout the year but Head Coach Tom Thibodeau has managed to lead them to an over-achieving 44-29 record. Now in the fourth week of his rehabilitation process (originally ruled out 4-6 weeks), the Chicago kid talked with media about how swelling and pain has left his body, as he prepares to return to the hardwood in a few days. Taj Gibson, who missed time over the last month has also been inserted back into the lineup, which Chicago could finally have their entire roster healthy for the start of the playoffs.
