Chris Bosh Out Indefinitely for Miami Heat With Calf Strain

NBA: Milwaukee Bucks at Miami Heat

The Heat season is getting worse

The Miami Heat might have started the season with the worst record in Erik Spoelstra‘s tenure as head coach, but their struggles have gotten that much tougher.

Today, coach Spoelstra announced that the Heat will be without Chris Bosh for an indefinite amount of time because of a strained calf. He injured it during their win Utah on Saturday and has been held out ever since. He showed at practice but will not travel with the team during their current stretch.

Miami also announced that they will be without Josh McRoberts, who is out for the year with a right knee injury, which he suffered grabbing a loose ball last Tuesday against the Phoenix Suns. McRoberts has been suffering ailments all year, suffering from foot and back injuries to start the first season with the Heat after signing in the offseason.

The Heat are now working with a depleted roster, with Dwyane Wade also out due to a flu bug.
