A Preview of Kevin Durant’s “The OFFSEASON” on HBO

work hard play hard

Kevin Durant might be out with his first major injury of his career (broken foot), but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t training hard during his time away from the court. For the upcoming HBO show The OFFSEASON set to premiere November 4, we will get a close look at the life of the Oklahoma City Thunder star and reigning NBA MVP.

During this preview of the upcoming show and on Day 23 of the documentary, he and fellow OKC teammate Russell Westbrook train hard to work on their explosiveness, running up and down a hill during a sand dune workout. Westbrook actually revealed he used to do this when he was a kid, but as you could tell by their reactions, it’s a lot harder now.

The OFFSEASON debuts Tuesday, November 4 at 10pm EST on HBO.
