Zane Lowe Leaving Radio 1 After A Decade
World renowned DJ Zane Lowe will be leaving BBC Radio 1 this March, in order to begin the next chapter of his career at Apple. The 41-year old has been working with the station since 2003 and become one of the channel’s most influential figures, interviewing everyone from Rick Rubin to Kanye West. His weekly 7pm-9pm show is known for showcasing new music, interviews and live sessions, giving him the chance to break future talent. The move means he’ll be heading from London to the US, with Annie Mac taking over his slot.
