Back in July, Harlem musician Youth Is DEAD released a stunning six-track project in the form of Hooligans Don’t Dance. Still keeping a low profile as far as his image, he returns with a new video for one of the standout tracks, “Smoke In The Water.” The clip follows the hooded figure in a dismal journey from his home to the street, leaving the scenario to the mind of the viewer.
