Based on the top end of last year, it’s fair to say that Truck North’s Our American Cousin EP was up there with the best projects we heard. Along with a well-pieced eight-track offering was a succession of cohesive artwork as he released each chosen track one by one. Keeping to a similar theme, Truck is back with a new track titled “Riot Act”, featuring the continuously growing MC Homeboy Sandman. With Neon Brown on the production, the two do damage by processing rhymes straight from the soul.
