Pusha T Interview With DJ Whoo Kid


Pusha T was the next artist to visit DJ Whoo Kid’s Whoolywood Shuffle radio show on Sirius Shade 45. In the interview, Pusha started things off with talking about the history behind his Wrath of Caine mixtape coming to the realization that in his opinion Big Daddy Kane was better than Rakim. He goes onto saying he was team Rakim for the longest but after a long drive to the city, he listened to the Cosmic Kev show has he did a Rakim vs. BDK set-list and had a change of heart.

Whoo Kid brought up any possible collaborations with Ricky Rozay after their Millions single which Push went on to say Ross introduced him to Kanye West for his “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” album. He also went on to say he’s expecting to work with Ross and Wale in the near future.

The interview closes out with speaking on his debut studio album “My Name Is My Name” which he’s putting everything into the record and hopes for a Jay-Z collaboration but plans to make G.O.O.D. Music one way or another.
