Mick Jenkins Stops By Showoff Radio
Almost a month ago, Mick Jenkins released his immediately acclaimed new project The Water[s], which included work from Joey Bada$$, Jean Deaux, Noname Gypsy, OnGaud, DJ Dahi and others. Statik Selektah, who also produced on the mixtape, invited the Chicago native down to Showoff Radio on Shade 45. Mick took on freestyles over Common’s “The People” and Kanye West’s “Heard ‘Em Say” — keeping it straight Chi-town.
