We’re not sure why, but Mayer Hawthorne has decided to film a bunch of videos for his last album as of late. We’re not mad though, considering how much we enjoyed Where Does This Door Go, and his latest visual for “The Stars Are Ours” takes more twists and turns. Undoubtedly, the biggest aspect of the song is production from Pharrell, but the fact it was shot by his 13-year old cousin, Jake, brings it to life. The reason behind this is he wanted to capture a youthful spirit, and with that he succeeds.
