During last week’s American Music Awards, Miss Mary J. Blige was due to perform her single Whole Damn Year but instead broke into a performance of her new album’s lead single Therapy. Just a couple days after performing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Queen returns with a video for her latest single “Who Damn Year“. The video for the beautiful Emeli Sandé co-written record, touches on people dealing with abuse on a few different levels from past experiences as a child. After dealing with said experiences first hand in their adulthood, they’ve overcome their issues and made them better people.
