Lupe Goes Back To 2007 Roots
With a release date for Tesuo & Youth set in stone, Lupe Fiasco is raring to go with the release of new music. Exactly one week after his last release, the Chicago emcee relinks with longtime collaborator Nikki Jean on a song titled “Haile Selassie,” produced by one of Lupe’s favorite producers, Soundtrakk. Both Nikki and Soundtrakk appeared heavily across the 2007 album The Cool, and it appears he’s going back to something proven to work, taken from his upcoming Lost In The Atlantic project before the album.
