In September we were introduced to the rough draft of “creepwave” which was featured a different sound but now four months later, the Floridian and current Brooklynite re-releases the track finalized which serves as the first official single from her upcoming second project “k+.” If you’ve enjoyed her “Homeschool EP” like we have for the past 9 months, you should definitely be excited for her upcoming audio/visual project which will have features from the Internet, Childish Gambino, Earl Sweatshirt, A$AP Ferg, Vince Staples, Flatbush Zombies and more as Kilo Kish went on to say,
k+ is a collaborative multimedia project between my friends and I with and emphasis on the process of making music. I have designed a space to represent this, filled with notes, drafts, inspirations, photos and videos. My songs, which are the product of this process, include layers of sound spanning from at home demos to professional studio recordings. This is in an attempt to purposely highlight our imperfections and reject the finality of “the finished product”. We are all always working and making changes and my project represents this elementary idea.
