“My next album is coming A Long Time From Now” – K. Dot
Following his Tuesday night performance on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, Complex TV caught up with Kendrick Lamar to discuss the show. While performing some classics from his debut album good kid, m.A.A.d city, the Compton rapper touched on being in the right mindset to get in front of thousands on hand for the big spectacle and giving them a trip through memory of their journey together.
Before things closed out in the brief interview, K. Dot touched on when listeners could expect a follow-up to his recently released To Pimp A Butterfly LP – which is currently atop of the Billboard charts as the number one selling album right now. Kendrick would reveal saying it would be a long time from now, citing a process will happen just like he went through over the last two years with his current project.
