DJ Absolut returns to the vaults for another HOV gem
For any of you extremely OG readers out there, you may remember hearing a Jay-Z’s single “Black Gangster” on the Roc-A-Fella Records mixtape during 1997. While the project was used to promote In My Lifetime, Vol. 1 album a few months prior to its release, DJ Absolut returns to the vaults to share an unreleased version of the original track – then titled “This Life Forever.” Listen above to the unreleased version of the popular underground cut from Donald Goines 1999 soundtrack above.
