Jay 305 may not release that much music on the regular, but his stock is growing. Besides this music shit, he’s got the respect in the streets and his new documentary South Central Slums shows why. In the 11-minute video, Jay takes the cameras through South Central Los Angeles, Nickerson Gardens in Watts and to Compton, CA to show what life is really like out there and letting the folks that live there put people up on game to the lifestyle.
You will meet plenty of folks who resides in these areas, and some of them even kick a few freestyles for the camera. Jay then hits up Hawkings House of Burgers to grab a bite to eat and drops some advice about taking all bets because nothing in this is life is guaranteed.
