Following his last solo album 13 back in May of last year, Havoc is planning his return with another LP this November. First off, he releases a video for a track entitled “Dirt Call,” directed by John Katehis. The clip focuses on the rhymes more than anything, taking place under lights of a crime scene. 13 Reloaded will be available later this year, with production handled entirely by himself.
