ATL’s own, Future made his way through NYC to stop by the Hot 97 offices for a sit-down interview with Angie Martinez. The conversation started with touching on his short career in the mainstream of 3 tender years of success, which he expects to continue with his sophomore album Honest coming later this month. After discussing his personal life with big changes in due time, he spoke on his brother Casino joining him in the hip-hop genre.

He then went to discuss an upcoming compilation FreeBandz album La Familia, which is set to follow-up Honest hopefully later this year. Things transitioned to discussing his next single “I Won” with Kanye West, which the ATL rapper is waiting for Hype Williams to finish the final editing before. Things transitioned to discussing a sensitive topic with the Freebandz captain recording the original version of Beyoncé’s international-hit “Drunk in Love” with producer Detail that didn’t turn out the way he initially liked. Check after the jump to watch Future discuss everything mentioned above, then look for Honest coming April 22nd.
