Responsible for much of the production on Jhené Aiko‘s Sailing Soul(s) and Sail Out are Fisticuffs, who will also be part of her upcoming debut album, Souled Out. The duo sat down to discuss the making of the Ab-Soul-featured “WTH” instrumental, in which they stripped down the software from top to bottom. Fisticuffs explained the progression of reverb and drums, while working around Aiko’s vocals for the chorus.
