Surprise! If you’re reading this, it’s too late
There have been rumblings that Drake would be releasing a project, with most people thinking it would drop before February. One day before the day of lovers, the 6 Gawd Drizzy has released If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, a 17-track project full of new OVO music. Although we were supposed to see this at the end of January, the folks hinting that the mixtape would drop around Valentine’s Day were telling the truth. Aubrey is no stranger to random releases, he does that every time with his singles, with this being one of the earliest times we ever heard a release from him. Luckily, it’ll be more than enough to hold people over until he decides to releases the official album.
The new effort features the regular cast of folks like PARTYNEXTDOOR, Lil Wayne, with one song alongside the futuristic player Travi$ Scott. He samples Ginuwine on “Legend,” and blesses us with the Toronto music to ride out to for the Spring.
