A lot has changed since Dilated Peoples released their last album back in 2006, but the musical essence remains the same. With their Directors of Photography LP due out on August 12th, the trio sat down to discuss their long-awaited return.
Evidence, Babu and Rakaa spoke on not feeling at home in their previous deal with Capitol, partly due to their love of wanting no restrictions in the studio. Rhymesayers were fully open to giving a deal to the group having worked with Ev on solo material, and then the chemistry flowed from there.
