Last December, long-time R&B singer Case returned with the surprise release of new single “Shook Up.” Since the release of his Here, My Love album in 2010, the GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter has been away from the game for nearly 5 years. Luckily, his long-time core fan base of listeners haven’t gone away and are welcoming any quality grown & sexy R&B material with open arms. The NYC-crooner is returning this March 31st, for the official release of his firth studio album, Heaven’s Door. In the video above, Case is in a vulnerable state after the loss of his significant other and is still trying to cope with her not being around anymore.
If the entire project has similar sounds to this first single, we could be in store for an R&B gem this spring.
